Automated Filament Winding & Contact Molding
Helical filament winding machinery ensures high-tensile glass roving is deposited under continuous uniform tension, creating monolithic cylindrical shells with optimum 65:35 glass-to-resin ratio and superior hoop stress resistance.

Computerized Dynamic Balancing Bay
Industrial FRP and PP impellers undergo dual-plane dynamic balancing on computerized test rigs to eliminate vibration forces below 1.8 mm/s, dramatically prolonging motor bearing life during 24/7 continuous chemical plant duty.

Heavy-Duty Pickling
Dual Laminate Extrusion Welding Bay
Equipped with high-temperature extrusion welders, butt fusion machines, and spark testing stations for PP, PVDF, CPVC, and HDPE inner liners. Encapsulated with heavy-duty structural steel box sections for extreme structural loads.

Tailored Material Systems & Chemistry
We select and formulate raw resins and thermoplastic liners based on precise chemical concentration, operating temperature, vacuum requirements, and corrosion kinetics.
Vinyl Ester Resins
Derakane 411 and 470 novolac resins provide outstanding resistance to boiling acids, wet chlorine, aggressive solvents, and severe thermal cycling up to 130°C.
PP-FRP & PVDF-FRP
Combines the complete chemical inertness of Kynar® PVDF or Polypropylene liners with the high tensile strength and pressure containment of composite glass reinforcement.
Isophthalic Resins
High-performance resin system tailored for structural cooling tower parts, rainwater drainage gutters, cable trays, and dilute industrial acid/alkali handling.
HDPE & CPVC Schedule 80
PE 100 spiral wound pipes, electrofusion fittings, CPVC Schedule 80/40 pipes, and molded chemical valves for high-pressure process distribution.
Rigorous 4-Stage Quality Inspection
Every fabricated piece of equipment is verified through non-destructive and hydrostatic testing protocols before leaving our factory.
Raw Material Verification
Inspection of virgin resin viscosity, promoter ratios, and tensile strength of E-glass/ECR-glass roving upon arrival.
Barcol Hardness (ASTM D2583)
Verification of complete resin cure and polymerization across structural walls and inner corrosion barriers (min. 35-45 Barcol).
High-Voltage Spark Testing
15 kV to 25 kV electrostatic spark testing across 100% of thermoplastic welds and liners to guarantee zero pinholes.
Hydrostatic Pressure & Vacuum
Tanks undergo full water filling at 1.25x-1.5x design head; vacuum receivers tested under -760 mm Hg full vacuum.
