Flange Configurations Available
- CPVC Van Stone Flanges (Two-Piece): Consists of a CPVC stub end with a rotating outer backing ring. The rotating ring enables easy bolt hole alignment without turning the welded pipe, greatly reducing installation labor.
- CPVC Slip-On Socket Flanges (One-Piece): Solid one-piece construction for direct solvent welding to pipe ends. Provides maximum joint rigidity in high-pressure headers.
- CPVC Blind Flanges: Solid unbored flanges used for terminating pipe branches or closing inspection manholes on chemical vessels.
- CPVC Threaded Flanges: Female NPT or BSPT threaded hubs for mating with metal threads or plastic instrument connections.
